Consumers can sign directly on the screen if they agree with the obtained reading:
- Signatures are sent to the server along with the obtained readings
- We recommend setting up signature storage in the reading profile of the billing system
Employee and/or collaborator monitoring
Lazy employees and/or collaborators may fabricate meter readings without visiting consumers.
The app prevents this by:
- Storing the date and time of each entered reading
- Saving GPS coordinates of each reading entered into the Amivisor platform
- The platform map clearly shows where and when data was collected
